The module (M) has a switching function application unit (MF) that comprises a set of inputs (E1, E2), and an output (S). The output partially represents the result of the switching function. An element (1) e.g. bipolar resistive memory such as microelectro mechanical system memory, is arranged with a resistive state. Another element (4) is formed by a bipolar resistive memory. The former element and the latter element have a set of common electrodes (3, 5) that is connected to the output.
