The present invention properly determines a labeling area by not following the posture of a head part of an object to be photographed on the magnetic resonance photograph according to an ASL mode. The present invention determines a gradient of the labeling area of the spin for the body axis of the object to be photographed based on the gradient of the head part. For example, the present invention detects a rotary angle component of the rotation of an AP axis based on a slice axis direction of a predetermined imaging area as the gradient of the head part.
