A tie beam for fixating a pallet supporting load beam and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The disclosed tie beam for fixating a pallet supporting load beam is seated on load beams which support a pallet in order to connect the load beams. The tie beam comprises: a tie beam body which is formed in a flat panel shape; a compression groove protruding unit which supports the loads applied to the pallet while being seated on the load beams by protruding downward from the tie beam body so that the top of the tie beam body can be maintained in a flat shape; and a reinforcing wing which is bent vertically from both ends of the tie beam body in order to support the load beams not to be separated from the tie beam body. According to the tie beam for fixating a pallet supporting load beam and a manufacturing method thereof, a tie beam for fixating a pallet supporting load beam comprises a tie beam body, a compression groove protruding unit, and a reinforcing wing so that the top of the tie beam body for fixating a pallet supporting load beam can be maintained flat and the tie beam for fixating a pallet supporting load beam can have strong rigidity to loads. In addition, accumulation can be efficient and stable by minimizing protruding parts toward the outside so that the packaging of the tie beam for fixating a pallet supporting load beam can be facilitated and simplified. |
