<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem with a conventional technique, wherein when electronic stamping processing is performed to electronic application data, it is necessary to carry an exclusive device, and correspondence between seal impressions and data is not secured, it is not possible to use a mobile phone with such a feeling of use that a seal in a real world is used. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic stamping system is provided which uses the mobile phone. A plurality of seal information is stored in one mobile phone terminal equipment, and seal information to be used is made selectable based on the intention of a stamper side or the intention of an electronic application undertaker side. Also, time information or location information is added at the mobile phone side so that when and where stamping has been performed is made securable. Also, the strength of a password is made adjustable according to the depression time, and to reflect the intention of the stamper on signature strength.
