Cutting knife

The knife (1) has beam-shaped carriers (2) at which knife holders (4) are detachably fastened. The knife holders comprise cutting inserts (5) added to a continuous cutter. Length of the knife holders corresponds to length of the cutting inserts. A recess is provided at the knife holders. The cutting inserts are held in the recess in a form-fit manner and mounted in a load direction. The cutting inserts are soldered in the recess. Another recess is provided at the carrier. The knife holders are held in the knife holders in a form-fit manner.
