The present invention relates to a paint composition for decorative sheets which comprises: 10-20 parts by weight of water soluble self-initiating oligomers; 30-40 parts by weight of bifunctional waterborne ultraviolet ray hardening urethane acrylate oligomers; 5-10 parts by weight of ethylene glycol diacrylates; and 20-30 parts by weight of water. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the decorative sheets which comprises: step A which manufactures a paint composition for decorative sheets using water soluble self-initiating oligomers; step B which coats a PVC film with a deadening composition; step C which dries the coated PVC film in an oven; and step D which hardens the dried PVC film using a UV (mercury LAMP) hardener. The step D is a step which hardens the UV hardener with 350-450 mJ of light amount. The method for manufacturing the decorative sheets hereby forms the solvent free type paint composition for decorative sheets which uses water instead of solvent in order to be environmentally-friendly and immediately dries after UV hardening without increasing temperature for drying so that energy can be reduced, and has excellent adhesive for the PVC sheets. In addition, the method for manufacturing the decorative sheets can directly UV hardening without a light initiator so that surface residual odor is not existed on the dried film after UV hardening and excellent physical properties such as light resistance of the film can be given. |
