<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially select appropriate advertisement having high consistency with a bid keyword when displaying advertisement corresponding to the bid keyword. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to a plurality of bid keywords specified in advertisement, a diffusion degree indicating how wide the bid keywords are diffused over a variety of categories is calculated. A preferential selection of advertisement with a low diffusion degree realizes preferentially selecting appropriate advertisement having high consistency with a bid keyword when displaying advertisement corresponding to the bid keyword, thereby the advertisement effectiveness such as in CTR (click through rate) is expected to be improved. Advertisement with a high diffusion rate maintains opportunities to be displayed by making a bid keyword whose category corresponds to that of advertisement a standard of the advertisement selection and the other bid keywords invalid, or differentiating the handling of the bid keywords, while advertisement having appropriate bid keywords with a low diffusion degree is preferentially selected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
