PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system capable of realizing similar control to that with an input value of an inputted signal kept unchanged, even when the input value of the signal is somehow changed. SOLUTION: In a control program for a halt mode, it is specified that, when a halt command is recognized by a first control unit CNT1, a second control unit CNT2 performs arithmetic processing of a central processing unit CPU based on an operation specified by the halt mode control program. Thus, in the control unit CNT2, accurate control of a second load ACT2 is realized based only on a stable input signal of a correct value while, because a changing input signal assumed to be in an inaccurate condition is not referred to, the number of signals referred to is urgently decreased.
