The method involves providing an increased packing edge (9) and three layers of film (3). A cavity (2) is formed into a lower film in a molding station. Several frames (5) are fed corresponding to the number of depressions formed on the lower film. The frame is sealed to the lower film in a sealing station. A cover film (7) is sealed to the frame or the lower film. The sealing of the package is enabled under vacuum and modified atmosphere and produced a gastight re-closure package.
