A channel element for heat exchanger panels, in particular for solar panels, is built up from profiles, placed side by side, of an ample heat conductive material and of substantially I-shaped cross section having two parallel wall sides 4, 5, intended for forming part of the outer walls of a heat exchanger panel and connected by at least one central crosswise wall 6.
