A textile for blinds comprises a light blocking part and a lighting part. The lighting part comprises multiple warp threads. A first warp thread twisted pair comprises two warp threads for the lighting part, and a second warp thread twisted pair comprises two warp threads for the lighting part. The first and second warp thread twisted pairs are comprised repeatedly. When the first warp thread twisted pair is twisted, the second warp thread twisted pair is not twisted, when the first warp thread twisted pair is not twisted, the second warp thread twisted pair is twisted. A weft is formed in a wavy shape by the intersecting first and second warp thread twisted pairs. Extra reinforcement warp threads are combined to the weft for reinforcing the strength in the warp thread direction of the lighting part, and the reinforcement warps are separated from each other. Hence, even when an external tensile force is applied, the weft may not be torn easily and the whole textile may not be wrinkled because of the wavy weft in the lighting part.
