The apparatus for parking many cars on a restricted small space such as roof top or under ground, has car loading units and car carrier units which are respectively separated and connected, and a control box for controlling the units. The apparatus comprises an elevator (3) having parking chamber (3) with support bars (1') and support traverse bars (1"); round conveying rail (2) between the support bars, having a guide way (2') hanging a roller (8) of a driving device (6); a movable carrier unit (11) moving up/down and sideway and, connected with chain (5) in the gear box (7); a plurality of connecting tubes (13) connected with connecting tube (18) mounted at a loading station (16) and having springs (14") and latches (14) driven by solenoid valves (15).
