The apparatus having a soft one-touch controller and a solenoid valve controlled by a micro-computer, automatically controls the heating power, and automatically stops the gas supply when the accidental state or abnormal state of the cooker is generated. The apparatus comprises a micro-computer (27) for controlling total operation of the cooker according to operating voltage supplied from a stable voltage section (23) and the heating power mode selected by a key input section (28); an electromagnetic valve driving section (26) for detecting opening/closing state of safety solenoid valve (100) according to the control signal; a secondary rectifying section (22b) for rectifying the input voltage; a heating power control driving section (100) for impressing the voltage to the valve (100); a heating power control section (200) for magnetizing solenoids (29-31); a valve body (32) for adjusting the quantity of input gas.
