The present invention relates to a power supply unit which has a current deviation compensating means and a current deviation compensating method using the same. The power supply unit which has the current deviation compensating means according to the present invention includes: a current sensing circuit unit which senses and feeds back the current of an output terminal; a sensing value output circuit unit which outputs a high or low signal depending on the current value which is sensed by the current sensing circuit unit; a current deviation calculating unit which receives the current which is sensed by the current sensing circuit unit, compares with a reference value, and calculates a current deviation; and a compensation circuit unit which compensates the current deviation which is calculated by the current deviation calculating unit. The present invention is able to stabilize a voltage which is supplied to a circuit and satisfy a customer request (an output current value according to loads) by compensating the deviation of an output current by a separated current deviation compensating circuit and adjusting an output voltage.
