The present invention relates to an attractant composition for Lygocoris lucorum which contains an n-tridecane or methyl salicylate compound as an active component, and a trap for controlling Lygocoris lucorum using the same. The n-tridecane or methyl salicylate compound of the present invention effectively attracts Lygocoris lucorum, and the composition containing the compound as an active component of the present invention is useful as an attractant composition for Lygocoris lucorum damaging green tea and fruit trees. The composition of the present invention which additionally contains an insecticide other than the n-tridecane or methyl salicylate compound controls Lygocoris lucorum, and has an excellent effect on controlling harmful insects by attracting and controlling at the same time.
