The present invention relates to an electrically driven running apparatus interactive with a driver. An operation shaft (20) having an end at which a steering handle bar (21) is installed to convert a running direction is inserted into a center of the upper part of a motor housing (50) and robustly fixed. Motors (61) having front wheels (60) are installed in both sides of the motor housing (50) respectively. A boarding foothold (10) for enabling the driver to board the running apparatus is installed in a rear direction of the operation shaft (20). A battery (14) and a controller (15) are mounted at a lower part of the boarding foothold (10). A rear connection unit (12) is formed protruding at an end of the boarding foothold (10). A castor (62) is installed on the bottom of the rear connection unit (12). A front connection unit (11) formed at an end of the boarding foothold (10) is assembled with a foothold axis hole (41) formed at a lower end of the motor housing (50) by using a connection shaft (13). The front connection unit (11) is installed at a position by a separated distance (H) away downward from a wheel rotating axis (X) of a front wheel (60).
