Disclosed are sweet jelly containing whole root type food and a production method of the same. The sweet jelly by an embodiment of the preset invention includes the whole root type food in the inside, and the whole root type food is selected from red ginseng, Codonopsis lanceolata roots, bellflower roots, or Angelica gigas NAKAI. The sweet jelly contains 15.50 wt% of whole root type food, 0.50 wt% of red ginseng concentrate, 45.76 wt% of oligosaccharide, 32.03 wt% of low sugar, 3.60 wt% of honey, 2.40 wt% of agar, 0.18 wt% of herb flavor, and 0.03 wt% of refined salt for the total amount of the sweet jelly. |
