PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmaceutical composition that solves disadvantages of a conventional technology, contains bicalutamide being a sparingly-soluble medicine, has improved elutability of contained bicalutamide and no danger of residual solvent and to provide a method for producing the bicalutamide-containing pharmaceutical composition. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition is obtained by grinding a mixture of bicalutamide and crospovidone and/or copolyvidone and has crystallizability of the bicalutamide in the component, not substantially changed before and after the grinding. The method for producing the pharmaceutical composition comprises grinding the mixture of bicalutamide and crospovidone and/or copolyvidone so as not substantially change the crystallizability of the bicalutamide in the component before and after the grinding.
