The present invention relates to a precision machine tool. A vertically movable main shaft head (20) is installed on a column (14) installed on a bed (10), and a coolant storing space of which temperature is managed is formed in the column (14). Intakes (38a, 38b) which a coolant is drawn inside the coolant storing space through are formed in the lower part of the column (14), and a drainage port (40) draining the coolant to the outside is formed in the upper part of the column (14). An air vent (49) for discharging air in the column is formed in a higher position than the drainage port (40). |
