摘要 The present invention relates to a precision casting mold for casting an integrated turbine housing using a shell mold. The present invention can maintain the heating temperature of molten metal charged in a dead head for an exhaust manifold to reduce a temperature drop rate by forming a main inlet for molten metal toward an inlet of the dead head for an exhaust manifold to be close to each other, thereby reducing fraction defective, such as the generation of shrinkage cavities and cracks on products caused in a process of supplementing the shrunken amount when an exhaust manifold is coagulated. The precision casting mold can immediately implement a casting process without a process of making cores stand after the cores are assembled in a horizontal state because the cavities for forming the exhaust manifold is horizontally positioned in combination and the dead head for an exhaust mold connected to the cavities is vertically formed. Accordingly, the present invention can increase productivity and can reduce dimensional errors. Also, the present invention can reduce manufacturing costs for the mold and work efficiency because a number of the cores are reduced in comparison with an existing mold.
