PURPOSE: A heated steering handle is provided to comprise a heating element with a thin film and prevent electrical cutoff of the heating element and supply more heat in portions frequently gripped with the hands of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A heated steering handle comprises a handle cover(200) and a heating element(300). The handle cover covers a handle body(10) and a thin film is comprised between the cover and the handle body. The heating element is installed in the handle cover and coupled with the handle body. The heating element is composed of thin films(310, 320) and heating paint portions(330, 340). The thin film has insulating property. Heating pint is spread on the thin film. |
