The present invention relates to a kettle made by molding soil into a jar shape by hand and baking it. More particularly, the present invention relates to a heat diffusion apparatus used in a jar type jacketed kettle, capable of further improving the rice taste and making a unique salty tasty by doubly forming an upper portion of a kettle body so as to be covered with two lids, boiling water at the lower portion in the inner space to evaporate steam, installing a bracket having a plurality of holes at the middle height, to thereby cook rice by steam and heat. The heat diffusion apparatus of a jar type jacketed kettle according to the present invention is made by molding soil by hand and then baking the molded structure. The heat diffusion apparatus of a jar type jacketed kettle, in which an upper portion of a kettle body (50) is doubly formed to have an external wall (51) and an internal wall (52), between which a warming space (53) is formed, comprises: a bracket (60) installed at the middle portion in the inner space of the kettle body (50) and having a plurality of holes (61) for passing steam therethrough; rotating wings (70) rotatively installed under the bracket (60) and rotating by steam generated when water is boiled at the lower portion in the inner space of the kettle body (50); and wing supports (54) for rotatively supporting the rotating wings (70). |
