The present invention relates to an integrated company communication system using a smart terminal, which comprises a communication board including company information and content making the company information be displayed discretely according to a specific form, and being installed in departments separated from each other with a long distance; a main server in a service center, confirming, when the communication board starts to run, identification information of the communication board trying a connection to a network and calling and providing a service of company information or content that the communication board requests for; and a smart terminal for downloading and installing a company communication (hereinafter referred to as CC) application and, when the CC application starts to run, receiving the company information or the content of a company, to which the CC application belongs, from the main server in the service center after identification confirmation. Therefore, employees can easily acquire company information and share interactions with each other actively through the communication board and the smart terminal that the employees have even if departments of a company residing in a building are separated from each other, thereby helping the employees to have a sense of belonging and connectedness.
