Disclosed is a shock absorbing insole which is applied to a shoe sole and absorbs shocks. The shock absorbing insole of the present invention includes an insole body and protrusions formed on the bottom surface of the insole body. The insole body includes a front area corresponding to the front of a foot and a rear area corresponding to the rear of a foot. The protrusions are formed on the front area and the rear area, respectively. One or more protrusions are formed on the insole. |
