<p>A method for managing a workload of a skid plate is disclosed. The method for managing a workload of a skid plate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps of: calculating, by a skid apparatus including a skid lot consisting of a plurality of unit skid plates, the amount of skid included in a corresponding skid lot by receiving the size of a main plate which is placed on the skid plate and total fit-up which is an actual weld length welded by a welder; calculating the number of weekly load rotations according to the number of lots of the skid plate; calculating the number of rotations of the skid plate by an experienced welder according to working days; calculating the number of actual converted rotations according to working days by calculating the number of daily converted rotations according to the amount of daily rotations of the skid plate; and analyzing loads by comparing the number of the weekly load rotations with the number of the actual converted rotations and calculating a difference between the number of the actual converted rotations and the number of the weekly load rotations.
