A shift register, an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device having the same, and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent delay when charging a pixel voltage in pixel electrodes of the current stage by exerting no load in gate lines of the previous stage. A shift register includes a pull-up transistor(FU-T), and first and second pull-down transistors(FD-T1,FD-T2). The pull-up transistor outputs a high voltage of a clock signal to a gate line in response to a voltage of a first node. The first pull-down transistor maintains the gate line at a low voltage in response to a voltage of a second node. The second pull-down transistor connected in parallel with the first pull-down transistor outputs a low voltage of the clock signal to the gate line. |
