A cooling and heating apparatus for vehicle rear seat is provided to prevent the degradation of cooling or heating efficiency by switching the air purification filter off while the cooling and heating device is used. A cooling and heating apparatus for vehicle rear seat comprises a cold-hot storage(110) located in the rear seat of a vehicle, an indoor air delivery duct(200) including an intake duct(210) on one side and an exhaust duct(220) and a reflow duct(230) on the other side, a switching door(600) guiding the direction of the indoor air flowed into the intake duct toward the exhaust duct or the reflow duct, a blower fan(700) forcing the indoor air into the exhaust duct or the reflow duct according to the switching direction of the switching door, and an air purification filter(900) installed in the reflow duct. |
