摘要 PURPOSE: A method for identifying activities of a metabolite and an enzyme for evaluating efficacy of a diagnostic and therapeutic agent for female pattern alopecia is provided to recognize metabolism tendency by effectively extracting and analyzing steroid hormone for a small amount of urea and hair. CONSTITUTION: An analysis method for evaluating efficacy of a diagnostic and therapeutic agent for female pattern alopecia comprises: a step of extracting steroid hormones including male hormone, corpus luteum hormone, sterol, and adrenal cortical hormone from hair and a urea sample; a step of measuring the concentration of the steroid hormones; and a step of dividing into a metabolite and a product and calculating activity of the enzyme.
