An air bag cushion and an air bag system including the same are provided to ensure safety in manufacturing the air bag by employing the optimum sewing yarn and method based on the portion of the air bag cushion. In an air bag cushion, a sewn part(22) is implemented by using sewing yarn including at least one selected from the group consisting of nylon, polyester, polyolefin, and aramid yarn through at least one selected from the group of single lock with stitches of 30~42ea/100mm, double lock with stitches of 30~40ea/100mm, single chain with stitches of 28~42ea/100mm, and double chain with stitches of 28~42ea/100mm. |
