The present invention relates to an apparatus for cutting mushrooms and, more specifically, an apparatus comprising: a main body in which a discharging suit discharging pieces of enoki mushrooms cut in transferring is formed in the front; a transferring unit which has a transferring chain installed in the main body in horizontal direction and mushroom zigs, load and transfer mushrooms, installed on the outer periphery of the transferring chain at a regular distance; a driving unit driving the transferring chain of the transferring part by installing a geared motor in one end of the main body; a cutting unit consecutively cutting the roots of the enoki mushrooms loaded on the mushroom zigs using high frequency vibration of a cutting knife by ultrasonic waves by a signal from a detecting sensor which is installed in one side of the main body and detects the transfer of the mushroom zigs; and a controlling unit controlling the ultrasonic waves by the status of the detecting sensor and flexibly changing the speed of the mushroom zigs. The apparatus ensures cutting of production costs by high working efficiency, safe work environment by using a moveless ultrasonic cutting knife, and the shipment of safe edible mushrooms without the occurrence of fragments the cutting knife. |
