An embodiment of the present invention relates to a real-time PCR device and method. According to this, the device can simultaneously analyze multiple samples at a ultra high speed through a dual heat block and a plate-shaped PCR chip and can miniaturize the size thereof and improve portability through the simple modularization capable of easily detecting continuous electrochemical signals generated in a nucleic acid amplification process.
