Devised is a throttle device(1) for controlling the flow of a fluid. The throttle device(1) includes a throttle shaft(3), a housing(5), a fluid channel(7), and a shaft bearing(9) for supporting the throttle shaft(3) with the housing(5). A resilient seal(11) is integrated into the throttle shaft(3) in between the fluid channel(7) and the shaft bearing(9). The resilient seal(11) is embodied to seal the shaft bearing(9) with the fluid channel(7). |
