PURPOSE: A collision preventive device for vehicles is provided to enable drivers to conveniently and safely control a vehicle by accurately grasping the existence of other vehicles in a blind spot and collision possibilities with other vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A collision preventive device (100, 200) for vehicles comprises communications units (140, 210), control units (130, 230), an output unit, and a storage unit (240). The communications units receive the location information of other vehicles transmitted from the vehicles. The control units compare the location information of other vehicles with the location information of a relevant vehicle to determine if other vehicles are located in a blind spot. The control units control the output unit to output collision possibilities with other vehicles when determining other vehicles in the blind spot. The output unit includes a display unit (251) to display the blind spot where the vehicles are located. The output unit includes a sound unit (252) for outputting the collision possibilities in the blind spot to using a warning tone. The storage unit stores the location information of each zone.
