The present invention includes: a holder unit spraying air in order to block steam generated on a route of light emitted from a winch hook stopping sensor and a winch hook lifting sensor; a guide unit formed in the center of one side surface of the holder unit to be inclined and mounted by lowering a winch hook; and a rotation driving unit rotating the holder unit and connected with the shaft of the holder unit. The winch pick up trouble preventing apparatus as above is installed on the lower side surface of a roll of an approach roll table and prevents the winch hook from malfunctioning in the initial continuous casting process, thereby safely and conveniently separating a dummy bar body and a dummy bar head from a drawn piece. |
