Disclosed is an apparatus for preventing a wold toe surface crack which is installed to cover the wold toe surface crack of a blast furnace, and includes: a first case filled with pressurized castable refractory for protecting the wold toe surface crack; and a second case installed to cover the first case, and to cool down the wold toe surface crack with cooling water supplied inside. The said apparatus for preventing a wold toe surface crack of a blast furnace can prevent surface crack of a blast furnace and can maximize cooling efficiency.
