PURPOSE: A floor tile construction method using a tile sheet is provided to maintain a fixed interval between tiles, to prevent generation of a step, and to improve adhesive power by integrating mortar with tile construction joints, since a tile sheet and a self-leveling mortar are used. CONSTITUTION: A floor tile construction method using a tile sheet comprises the following steps. A frame (201) and a tile supporting plate (501) are determined according to the size of a tile; and the frames of reference tiles are combined by a metallic joiner (601). The tile supporting plate is inserted into the frame of the reference tile. The reference tile is put above the top of the tile supporting plate. The tile supporting plate is inserted into the frame of the reference tile, and the reference tile is placed on the upper part of the tile supporting plate. A square timber blocks the periphery of the reference tile to the finishing height of a tile joint. A self-leveling mortar is injected from the floor to the finishing height of the tile joint. The tile, the frame, and the support plate are cut to the size of the edge; and the frames of partition tiles and edge tiles are combined by the metallic joiner. The support frame is inserted into the partition tile and the edge tile; and the partition tile and the edge tile are placed on the upper part of the support plate. The self-leveling mortar is injected from the floor to the finishing height of the tile joint. A finishing work for removing errors of the height of the tile joint is performed, and the surface of the tile is cleaned to remove foreign substances. |
