The present invention relates to a high efficiency heat exchanger having an improved structure for a fluid passage. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high efficiency heat exchanger having an improved structure for a fluid passage to keep distances between the branch pipes of the heat exchanger and to keep the same flowing distance for a heat exchange medium which circulates through the branch pipes; to ensure the uniform heat exchanging performance of air flowing through spaces between the branch pipes by uniformly applying the heat exchange medium in the longitudinal and vertical directions of an air passage; and to completely discharge the heat exchange medium from all the branch pipes when an air conditioner to which the heat exchanger is applied is not in use in the wintertime.
