The system comprises a bridge rectifying circuit which rectifies AC power, an inverter output circuit which supplies power to the operating unit in order to modulate the output power of the bridge rectifying circuit, a base operating circuit which outputs signals to control the inverter output circuit, a power overflow detecting circuit which detects the status of the overflow of power from the inverter output circuit, a temperature detecting circuit which detects the status of overheating, a leakage detecting circuit which detects the status of leakage current, an output power detecting circuit which detects the varation of output power from the inverter output circuit, an A/D converter which modulates analog signals to digital signals, a self-on detecting circuit which outputs on-status detecting signals, a microprocessor which outputs control signals to the base operating circuit, and a display unit which shows each status detected by the control signals of the microprocessor.
