The present invention is installed in zones where negligent accidents can occur or for preventing falling while stair guardrail is not installed. Especially, the present invention enhances visibility of pedestrians by being fixed in the air and prevents damages caused by change of installation locations, impacts, and the likes. For the above characters, the present invention has a predetermined length of supporter having a buffering tool. One end of the supporter having the buffering tool includes a fixing tool to be detachable to a temporary stair guardrail which is under construction, and the other end of the supporter integrally or detachably includes a holder for a guide display tool on which various safety phrases are written to be detachable. In addition, the guide display tool detached from the holder is not only in a board shape but a container shape having an inner space and has light emitting elements inside so that visibility can be enhanced in the night time and the light emitting elements can be protected. |
