APPARATUS FOR REMOVING PROTECTION FILM FOR TRANSPARENT CONDUCTING FILM AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME

Disclosed are a device and a method of removing a protective film of a transparent conductive film. The device of removing a protective film of a transparent comprises an absorption plate with a plurality of holes formed on the entire surface of a transparent conductive film; a rear case surrounding the absorption plate at the back side, forming a plurality of vacuum spaces between the absorption plate and the rear case, and dividing the absorption plate into a plurality of sections by part in contact with each vacuum space; and a plurality of vacuum pipes connected to the rear case to apply vacuum to the vacuum spaces. By the method, vacuum is stably supplied through the vacuum pipe to closely attach the transparent conductive film and the absorption plate in a first absorption plate section in contact with at least one vacuum space composed of the vacuum by one vacuum pipe, and the transparent conductive film and the absorption plate are closely attached by vacuum in a second absorption plate section adjacent to the section. The present invention reduces damage to the transparent conductive film when removing a protective film from the transparent conductive film and efficiently facilitates a protective film removal process.
