PURPOSE: An automatic abdominal muscle strengthening exercise tool is provided to be able to precisely control the angle of the back support, the angular variation range and the angular variation speed, as the angle of the back support is controlled while moving a coupling back and forth with rotation of a screw. CONSTITUTION: An automatic abdominal muscle strengthening exercise tool comprises a seat (110) and an operation tool (140). The operation tool is composed of a screw (141), a coupling, a supporting bar (143), and a driving motor. The coupling is combined to the screw with a female screw formed inside, and moves back and forth according to the rotational direction if the screw rotates. One end of the supporting bar is hinged to the coupling, and the other end is hinged to the back support to change the angle while supporting the back support according to the back and forth movement of the coupling. The driving motor provides rotary power to the screw. |
