The present invention relates to a spot welder gun guide device for a railway vehicle and, more specifically, to a spot welder gun guide device for a railway vehicle for guiding a spot welder gun for welding a connecting part of a side frame and a roof frame comprising: a rail part fixated by a fixing means to be flush with an outside of the side frame; and a slide part for slid moving the spot welder gun in the rail part by being inserted to rotate into a + electrode of the spot welder gun. When a spot for connecting a side frame and a roof frame is welded, the height and the distance of a welding point generated due to spot welding can be regular. Therefore, the appearance of welding and a welding quality are improved in a connecting part of a side frame and a roof frame.
