An epoxy compound of the present invention minimizes the generation of secondary alcohol after the additional reaction for securing excellent adhesive force, high splitting resistance, low moisture absorption rate, and small coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). Electrical properties including dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the epoxy compound are remarkably improved.
