FLEXIBLE SUPERCONDUCTING CURRENT LEAD

The present invention relates to a flexible superconducting current lead comprising a superconducting wire joining body and a connection body. The superconducting wire joining body includes a superconducting wire joining unit in which a pair of superconducting wire conductors are joined and a space unit in which two ends of the superconducting wire joining unit are apart from each other. The connection body includes a current terminal on which a connection unit is electrically connected to the inner side of the space unit by being formed corresponding to the shape of the space unit; a protection cover divided into two parts in order to connect the space unit and the connection unit by being arranged at two sides of the current terminal; and a fixating ring for fixating the protection cover by being arranged on the outer surface of the protection cover. The flexible superconducting current lead can endure mechanical shock. Also, the flexible superconducting current lead has super current capacity while having low joining resistance and preventing current distribution.
