PURPOSE: A screen printing mask for improving durability is provided to be used for printing checks, gift certificates, banknotes (paper currency, etc.), passports, certificates, authentication certificates, or fabrics. CONSTITUTION: A screen printing mask formed of a steel mesh includes a resin layer on one side of the steel mesh for separating a drawing line and a non-drawing line, and a plating layer formed on the opposite side of the steel mesh. The plating layer includes a chemical plating layer formed by spraying, and an electroplating layer formed on a steel portion after removing the chemical plating layer on the steel portion. A manufacturing method of the screen printing mask comprises the following steps: preparing a mesh structure with the resin layer formed on one side of the steel mesh (S10); forming a chemical plating layer on the other side of the steel mesh by spraying (S20); removing the chemical plating layer on the steel portion (S30); and forming an electroplating layer on the mesh structure using the electrolysis (S40).
