A Liquid crystal display device is provided to supply stable common voltage and reduce consumption power by adding a separate common voltage supplying part and conducting common voltage inversion even in a TN mode or a VA mode LCD device. A Liquid crystal display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, and a conductive spacer. The first substrate has a plurality of liquid crystal pixels and a plurality of common voltage transmitting pad which common voltage is applied to. The plurality of the common electrodes are formed on the second substrate. The liquid crystal layer is mounted between the first substrate and the second substrate. The conductive spacer is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The conductive spacer connects the plurality of the common voltage transmitting pad and the plurality of the common electrode electrically. |
