摘要 The present invention includes: a main frame having an internal space; an upper solar cell installed in an upper part of the main frame for collecting sunlight and generating an electromotive force; a lighting unit installed in an internal part of the main frame and having a light source member for irradiating light; a first transparent solar cell which is transparent and is installed in the front surface of the main frame for collecting sunlight and generating an electromotive force; a second transparent solar cell which is transparent and see-through the both sides and is installed in the front surface of the main frame to face the first transparent solar cell for collecting sunlight and generating an electromotive force; a sheet formed in between the first and the second transparent solar cells for forming a cutting unit to emit the light outside the main frame irradiated from the lighting unit; a battery for charging the electromotive force generated in the upper solar cell and the first and second transparent solar cells; and a controller connected to the battery and lighting unit for controlling the lighting unit according to an illuminance value by detecting the illuminance, and relates to a self-charging LED signboard which generates an electromotive force with the upper solar cell and the first transparent solar cell during the day and extends the light irradiation time of the lighting unit by collecting light of the lighting unit generated by the upper solar cell and the first transparent solar cell by the second transparent solar cell and generating an electromotive force using a solar cell and an LED.
