The present invention relates to a vehicle mat which prevents the contamination of a vehicle floor caused by foreign materials by preventing foreign materials such as soil from being fallen from the peripheral end of an upper mat directly to the vehicle floor. The vehicle mat includes a lower mat which closely adheres to the inner vehicle floor and includes a plurality of recessed grooves collecting foreign materials on the top; an upper mat which is placed on the top of the lower mat and which includes a plurality of through-holes where foreign materials are penetrated through at the portions corresponding to the recessed grooves; a male Velcro tape finishing unit which covers and finishes the peripheral end of the lower mat; and a female Velcro tape finishing unit which covers and finishes the peripheral end of the upper mat and which is formed on the male Velcro tape finishing unit to be detached. The female Velcro tape finishing unit includes a string-shaped female Velcro tape cloth; a foreign material separation preventing unit; and a periphery seam unit. The female Velcro tape cloth is composed of an upper cloth covering the top surface of the peripheral end of the upper mat, a vertical cloth covering the outer end of the peripheral end of the upper mat, and a lower cloth covering the underside of the peripheral end of the upper mat. The foreign material separation preventing unit is fitted into the underside of the upper cloth and arranged to be protruding from the inner end of the upper cloth upward. A peripheral-horizontal string is fitted between the underside of the upper cloth and the top of the peripheral end of the upper mat. The lower part of a periphery-separation preventing protrusion of which the lower part adheres to the top surface of the peripheral end of the upper mat and is protruding upward is formed on the inner periphery of the peripheral-horizontal string to be integrated. The periphery seam unit fixes the upper cloth, the peripheral-horizontal string, and the lower cloth to be mutually connected. |
