摘要

The present invention relates to DNA aptamer specifically bonding to periostin which is cancer related protein, and a cancer and/or cancer metastasis inhibitory composition and a cancer and/or cancer metastasis diagnosing composition containing the same as an active component. The aptamer has different bonding mechanism in comparison with existing antibodies for effectively inhibiting and diagnosing cancer/cancer metastasis.
