A water soluble package delivering the active ingredient is provided, which has excellent durability against the moisture and can be kept in the atmosphere for a long term. A water soluble package delivering the active ingredient comprises: a water-soluble film having a storage space shut tightly by water soluble film containing the water soluble polymer made of the polymer of the monomer represented by the chemical formula 1; and an active ingredient which is accepted in the storage space and is emitted while the water soluble packing material is dissolved by the moisture. In the chemical formula 1, the R1~R3 are alkyl group, R7 and R8 are alkylene, R4 is one selected from alkyl group, hydroxy alkyl group, and R1R2C= C(R3)-X-, R5 is one selected from alkyl group, hydroxy alkyl group, and benzyl radical. |
